Fredericks: Yorktown resident
Timothy Todd Fredericks, a resident of Yorktown, died May 3.
He was 32.
Sergeant Fredericks was a technician and a reservist for the New York
Army National Guard at Camp Smith in Cortlandt. He served in the United
States Army on Active Duty from August 1993 through February 2000 and
served tours in Kuwait and Bosnia. 30 days after being released from
Active Duty, he was assigned to DET 2 HQ StarC-NY (TNG) (W8BNA2), Camp
Smith in the New York Army National Guard as a Construction Engineer.
He also worked as a technician for the Guard from September 2002 until
his death.
He was born January 24, 1974, in Pusan, South Korea. He came to the
United States in 1979 and grew up in Crompond. He was educated in Yorktown,
graduating from Walter Panas High School in 1993.
On November 29, 2003, he married Patricia Jeanne Hayes at St. Patrick's
Church in Yorktown.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents, Harry Ralph
and Linda Ann (Haftker) Fredericks; sisters Kathryn Fredericks and Jessica
(Fredericks) Angevine; brothers-in-law Robert Angevine and John Hayes;
and mother and father-in-law John and Deborah Hayes. He is also survived
by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers, and friends.
A funeral was held Saturday, May 6, at Clark Funeral Home in Yorktown.
Military Funeral Honors were performed by the Albany Region Military
Forces Honor Guards. He was laid to rest at Rose Hills Memorial Park
in Putnam Valley.

Gina DiNapoli: PV resident
Gina DiNapoli, a resident of Putnam Valley, died May 5 in New Jersey.
She was 72.
She was a teacher in the Lakeland School District for many years.
She is survived by her devoted daughters, Dina Whittaker and Lynne Pareti;
seven cherished grandchildren; and her loving sister; Mary Mastandrea.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the
Heritage Funeral Home in Putnam Valley. An internment service will be
on Friday at 11 a.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Remi Santucci: Ossining resident
Remi Santucci, a lifelong resident of Ossining, died May 3
peacefully at his home surrounded by family.
He was 77.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 52 years,
Italia; three sons, Salvatore of Ossining, Raymond and wife Ann of Mechanicsville,
Virginia, and Dennis and wife Kimberley of Ossining; six grandchildren,
Dennis Jr., Courtney, Bailey, Raymond Jr. (RJ), Matthew and Rachel;
his sister Mary DiRenno of Ossining; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Salvatore and Lauretta, and brothers
Alfred and Robert Santucci.
He was a communicant of St. Ann's Church.
Mr. Santucci served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict
and was stationed in Germany. He was a self-employed stone mason and
contractor and his stonework remains evident throughout Westchester
County and surrounding areas.
He enjoyed music and playing the accordion and encouraged his sons and
grandchildren to play musical instruments. He always had a story or
joke to tell and like to swim and soak in the southern sun during the
winter months.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Ann's Church.
